| The cottage itself is nothing short of magnificent. The main floor is an
open concept living room, dining room and kitchen. There is also a wash room / laundry room combination on this level. As you can see from the photos, the living room is well furnished with over stuffed sofas and chairs as well as a stone fireplace with pellet stove insert, TV / DVD and satellite dish. |

| The country kitchen is well equipped
with a stove, fridge, microwave, toaster, blender, coffee maker and dishwasher as well as a large island food preparation area. In addition there is a washer / dryer for all your laundry needs. |

| There are 3 levels to this cottage and the upper level is the bedroom level with the master bedroom, bedroom 2 with a double and a single, and bedroom 3 with 2 singles. In addition there are 2 four piece bathrooms on this level and there is a 2 piece bathroom on the main level. |

| In addition there is a lower rec room area which doubles as a great area
for the kids to play in when the weather turns outside and there are 2 single beds in this area as well if needed. |

The Village of Haliburton features large food stores, restaurants, service stations, pharmacies, hardware stores, quaint shops, live theatre, health care and a hospital if needed. If golf is your passion, the best golf course in the Highlands is only 5 minutes away.
