The living room includes 2 sofas, a love seat and chair as well as a propane stove and a television with DVD and satellite reception. |

The kitchen comes with a fridge, stove, microwave, toaster oven, blender and a dishwasher. Just off the kitchen there is a dining area and if additional seating is needed there are 2 stools at the counter in the kitchen. Elsewhere in the cottage there is a full size washer / dryer. |

| The master bedroom is outstanding with queen size bed, good lighting, beautiful furniture and a walkout to your own balcony. |

| As you can see above, there are 2 additional nicely furnished bedrooms, both with their own televisions and DVD player. In addition there is a full 4 piece bath for your convenience. |

| In the lower level there is a rec room which includes an entertainment centre, a billiard table and there is an exercise area with weight machine and stepper. We think you will be spending a fair amount of time in this great rec room. |

Without a doubt, this is a fine summer accommodation with plenty of property, large wrap around furnished deck with picnic table and lounge chairs, Volleyball / Badminton net, horseshoe pit, outdoor fire pit for those popular evening marshmallow roasts as well as a propane barbeque for the family Chef. This cottage is a summer sports delight if you enjoy fishing, canoeing, kayaking and there are plenty of ATV trails close to the cottage. In addition, now there is a 33 ft by 18 ft salt water swimming pool just outside the cottage for your enjoyment. This cottage is at the crossroads of several villages including Gooderham, Wilberforce and Haliburton. Haliburton Village which is about 20 minutes away is a beehive of activity in the summer time with special events, flee markets, carnivals, Highland Games, quaint shops, large food stores, restaurants, service stations, pharmacies, hardware stores, live theatre, movie theatre, beer store, LCBO and health care clinic and hospital if needed.
