Please understand that there are just about two of everything in this cottage so the living room above is just one of two in the cottage. The living room comes complete with a futon, 3 easy chairs, a television with DVD and satellite reception and a stone fireplace. The view from the living room is outstanding because you look directly down the length of Mink Lake to the narrows in the distance. |

There is a nicely equipped kitchen which comes with a fridge, stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and the ever popular dishwasher. Just off the kitchen there is a comfortable dining area to seat six in comfort . |

There are 2 bedrooms in the Loon's Nest with a queen size bed and 2 single beds. The double size futon in the living room can be used for sleeping if needed. |
Wolves Den |

The Wolves Den Living room comes with a double size futon sofa, a couple of easy chairs, another TV with a DVD and satellite reception and a stone fireplace as well. |

| In addition to the Loon's Nest and Wolves' Den areas, there are two common areas for everyone's use. There is a large mud room which is where you should put the family pet. Pets are not permitted in the upstairs living quarters. |

| Another common area is the furnished rec room which includes a sofa, easy chair, desk, television, rowing machine, treadmill, an air hockey game which also converts to a small pool table as well as a dart board. Obviously there is lots to do in this area and just off this rec room area there is additional sleeping accommodation which includes a double bed, 2 singles and a pullout sofa. |

Outside

The inside of this cottage is just superb but the outside is just as good if not better. Just look at what this property has to offer. Even though the screened in porch sunroom cannot be overlooked when you consider that there may be the odd rainy day and this beautiful sunroom will keep you high and dry and under cover. Just beyond the sunroom there is a large furnished deck with a picnic table for adults, a child size picnic table, several upright and lounge chairs and of course a propane barbeque for each side for the family executive chef better known as Chef Mink. On the way to your shoreline, there is a fire pit (bring your own firewood ) and when you arrive at the shore, we have saved the best for last, a child safe, gradual entry, beach for the kids. In addition there is a good size dock where you will find your paddleboat and 2 canoes for your on water fun and just off shore there is a swim platform for the sun worshipers in the family. As if this isn't enough, there is also a volleyball / badminton net, a horseshoe pit and a basketball hoop. And don't forget your fishing gear because there are plenty of bass and lake trout in Mink Lake. If you are into ATV's, there are trails within 500 feet of your driveway. For those of you who are not familiar with Mink Lake, this lake is 10 minutes from Maynooth or 35 minutes north of Bancroft and which is as pretty a lake as you will find in cottage country. The lake is about 8 miles long and most of the shoreline is crown land.
