It all begins with a very comfortable living room with a couple of sofas, an easy chair and a high definition
television, DVD and satellite dish for your viewing pleasure. |

The well equipped kitchen comes with lots of counter space, a fridge, stove, microwave, toaster, blender, coffee maker, dishwasher and there is a washer dryer for your use. Just off the kitchen there is a very attractive dining area and stools for the kids at the kitchen island with seating for a total of 11 people. |

The master bedroom is elegant in it's simplicity with a queen size bed. As you would expect, there is an exit to a private balcony which is the ideal venue for that early morning coffee or late evening cocktail as you overlook beautiful Miskwabi Lake. |

Bedrooms 2 and 3 each have a set of bunks with a double bottom and single tops and bedroom 4 has a double bed and single bed and there is now an additional sleeping area on the lower level with a single bed. |

There are two bathrooms for your convenience as well as a full size laundry room. |

In the lower level there is a furnished rec room with 2 sofas, a rocking chair
and a television with DVD, VCR and satellite dish as well as a good supply of board games, books and video games. |

And before exiting this beautiful accommodation, there is a glassed in and screened in sunroom which will surely become a favored venue for conversation after dinner. There is an exit off this room to your deck. |

Outside
|
Outside is special indeed surrounded by Highland woods and the peace and quiet you would expect at such a fine cottage. Roads in and out of this area are ploughed daily but a 4 wheel drive or good snow tires are recommended. There is a good size furnished deck with a propane barbeque
for Chef Crispy Fingers and there is lots of space, front and rear of the cottage for
your outdoor pleasure. In addition there is a delightful fire pit with a wood supply near the cottage for those evening marshmallow roasts and evening cocktails. Down at the lake front the winter scenery is outstanding and expect deer to visit the property on a regular basis to check out the new renters. There is excellent snowmobiling nearby with access to "The Miskwabi Loop" which is part of the Paudash Trailblazers Snowmobile Club Trail. www.paudashtrailblazers.on.ca Supplies are an easy 20 minutes away in Haliburton Village where there is also a beer store, LCBO, large food stores, shops, pharmacies, lounges and several fine restaurants. In addition, medical attention is readily available at our local hospital. If snow boarding and down hill skiing is your passion, Sir Sam's Ski Area is another 20 minutes from the Village. And if you are looking for something really different, you should try your hand at dog sledding.
