The living room consists of a leather sofa, 2 chairs, a flat screen television with a DVD and satellite reception and a video library for your listening an viewing pleasure. This is a nice bright room with ceiling to floor windows and a walkout to the deck from the dining area. |

| The gourmet kitchen comes fully equipped with beautiful cabinetry a fridge, stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher and water dispenser. There is a separate dining room off the kitchen to seat 8 in comfort at a large harvest table as well as an outstanding hutch to complete this very attractive eating area. |

| This cottage has 4 bedrooms, two on the main floor including the master bedroom as well as two more bedrooms on the lower level. In addition there are 2 bathrooms, one on each level for your convenience as well as a laundry room on the main level for all your laundry needs. |

The lower level rec room includes a leather sofa, a love seat, a wood burning stove and another television with a play station and video games. In addition, there is a foosball game, a dart board and a ping pong table for your enjoyment. There is a walkout from the rec room to a large furnished patio and screened in sun room. |

As you exit the cottage from the main level, you enter a magnificent wrap around deck with a propane barbeque. Miskwabi Lake is part of a 2 lake chain with Long Lake and there are groomed snowmobile trails nearby within 5 minutes of the 601 Paudash Trail and the Paudash System. Sir Sam's Ski Area is an easy 45 minute Drive from the cottage. The nearest town is the Village of Haliburton where there are quaint shops, large food stores, pharmacies, restaurants, beer store, LCBO, live entertainment, theatre, banking and healthcare at the Haliburton Hospital if needed.
