Everything about this cottage gives you that warm and fuzzy feeling and it all starts with a spacious living room featuring a beautiful central, wood burning stone fireplace surrounded by knotty pine walls, sofa, chairs, television , VCR, DVD and satellite reception as well as the ever present daylight from the perimeter on two complete sides of the room as well as 2 skylights in the living room. |

The spacious country kitchen comes complete with a fridge, stove, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker and dishwasher as well as a large island food prep area with 4 stools. In addition there is a dining area off the living room with seating for an additional eight people. There is also the convenience of a dryer to dry out those bathing suits and towels. |

The master bedroom continues with the knotty pine surroundings as well as a queen size bed and large bureau.
As can be expected, there is an en suite bathroom with a large corner Jacuzzi for your pleasure. |

| There are 2 additional bedrooms with a set of twin size bunks and another set of bunks with a double bottom and single top. There is a double in the third bedroom. There is yet another 4 piece bathroom for your convenience. |

Outside
|
Outside is outstanding with an absolutely flat property making for an ideal property for anyone with a physical disability. Needless to say, the flat property also encourages you to bring along your favorite lawn games. At the cottage there is a huge furnished deck with table, chairs, umbrella, 8 chairs for your lounging pleasure and a propane barbeque for the family's fresh air chef. If you wish an unobstructed view of shimmering Moore Lake, there is a child safe deck on the roof of the boat house which will surely become a favorite spot of the family. The shoreline is child friendly as well with a gradual entry and sandy / soft bottom for your swimming pleasure. In addition there is a dock and that is where you will find a kayak for your on water fun. In addition there is a fire pit for those popular marshmallow roasts and sing-a-longs in the evening. If you are in need of supplies, Minden is just a 15 minute drive away when there are large food stores, quaint shops, pharmacies, service stations, LCBO, beer store, pizza store, and even a Timmies if you need that Tim Horton double / double fix.
