As you exit the cottage from the upper level there is a child safe deck with table, chairs and umbrella and a propane barbeque for Chef de Burger. Down a short flight of chairs there is another deck with a screened in dining tent with several additional chairs for your lounging pleasure. As you make your way down the stone path to the waterfront you will see your fire pit and beyond to a beautiful beach with a child safe gradual entry with a sandy bottom. in addition there is a dock which is where you will find your paddleboat for all your on water pleasure. Mountain Lake is situated between Minden and Carnarvon off Hwy 35 making for easy accessibility.
