The kitchen comes equipped with a fridge, stove, microwave, toaster, toaster oven and a coffee maker. Just beside the kitchen there is a stylized picnic table with cushioned benches for your dining pleasure. |

There are 2 bedrooms with queen size beds as well as a double bed in the loft. The loft sleeping area is for older teenaged kids or adults. In addition there is a 3 piece bathroom with stand up shower for your convenience. |

Outside

Outside is really neat because the cottage is situated close to the lake which provides a good view of Mountain Lake from the deck. There is a wrap around deck with several chairs including Haliburton Chairs for your lounging pleasure. And in the evening enjoy your Chimica for those ever popular marshmallow roasts and of course there is a propane barbeque for Chef Sticky Fingers. There is a dock and this is where you will find your row boat with oars and a paddleboat for your on water fun. And when the spirit moves you, there is a badminton net where you can show the kids how good you were at one time. And by all means don't forget your fishing gear because there are bass and trout in the shimmering waters of Mountain Lake. This cottage is easy to get to because it is on a quiet country road off Hwy 35 which is the main north / south corridor through the Haliburton Highlands. The Village of Minden is only 10 minutes away so supplies, large food stores, restaurants, service stations, pharmacy, medical attention, quaint shops, LCBO and beer store are close by.
