Needless to say, Paudash Lake properties within our inventory have become very popular with our regular customers and this is because of the sheer beauty of this lake and the ease of access from Toronto and surrounding southern Ontario. This cottage is yet another beauty we have added to our selection and we are proud to be representing this property. As you exit the cottage from the main level there is a good size furnished deck with a shelter if needed during the early summer season. If you exit the cottage from the rec room area, there is an extensive furnished stone patio where we are sure you will be spending much time as the kids play on the lawn or on the playground where there is a sand box and swings and slide. In addition there is a trampoline with safety net which should be supervised when in use. Also in this area there is a fire pit for those popular evening marshmallow roasts. As you make your way down to the shoreline there is a furnished shore deck and an extensive dock which is large enough to sit on and watch the world go by. At the dock you will find your canoe and 2 kayaks for your on water enjoyment. There is good swimming off the dock which has a ladder for ease of exit from the water. If you plan to bring your own boat, there is a marina close by for all your boating needs. There is a dandy country store within minutes of the cottage and if you are looking for more substantial shopping, this cottage is within 20 minutes of Bancroft where there are large food stores, restaurants, quaint shops, service stations, pharmacies and additional health care at the hospital if needed.
