As nice as this accommodation is outside, the inside is just as attractive and it all starts with a living room furnished with a leather sofa, love seat and chair. In addition there is an outstanding propane stone fireplace and large, flat screen HD television with DVD and satellite reception. |

This cottage has 4 nicely furnished bedrooms with a queen size bed, a double, a twin size single and a set of twin size bunks. There is a small television in the master bedroom for your viewing pleasure. In addition there are 2 bathrooms for your convenience. |

Outside

This very nicely groomed property is simply outstanding with a view you will want to take home.
At the cottage there is a well furnished deck with canopied table and chairs for your outside dining pleasure as well as several other loungers and a propane barbeque for the family executive chef . Down at ground level there is a good size flat area for lawn games, a children's swing set with teeter totter, swings and a slide and there is a quality fire pit for those popular evening marshmallow roasts. As you make your way down the heavy stone stairs and walkway to the shoreline, we know you will be mesmerized by the view of beautiful Paudash Lake.
At the shore there is a shore deck which runs parallel to the shore as well as a large dock which is big enough for several people to sit and watch the action on the lake. Swimming is best off the dock which has a ladder and there is a small area with a gradual entry to the water at the end of the shore deck. There is also a canoe and paddleboat at the dock for your on water pleasure. If your family enjoys fishing, do not forget to pack your fishing gear as there are bass, trout, walleye and perch in Paudash Lake. If you need supplies, there is the Cardiff General Store within 15 minutes of the cottage and if you are looking for more substantial shopping the cottage is less than a 1/2 hour drive to Bancroft.
