| The cottage comes with 3 bedrooms including a queen size bed in the master bedroom, a queen and a single in Bedroom 2 and double and a set of single bunks in bedroom 3 as well as a double sofa bed in the rec room if needed. |

The rec room is a project in progress but comfortable all the same with the aforementioned sofa bed, another sectional sofa, 4 easy chairs as well as another washroom which is part of the laundry room. |

Needless to say, Paudash Lake properties within our inventory have become very popular with our regular customers and this is because of the sheer beauty of this lake and the ease of access from Toronto and surrounding southern Ontario. This cottage is yet another beauty we have added to our selection and we are proud to be representing this property. As you exit the cottage from the main level there is a good size furnished deck with an unobstructed view of beautiful Paudash Lake. If you exit the cottage from the rec room area, there is an extensive furnished stone patio for your lounging pleasure. Also in this area there is a fire pit for those popular evening marshmallow roasts. As you make your way down a flight of stone stairs to the shoreline there is a furnished shore deck and an extensive dock which is large enough to sit on and watch the world go by. At the dock you will find your canoe for your on water enjoyment. There is good swimming off the dock which has a ladder for ease of exit from the water. In addition there is a floating swim and tanning platform moored off shore. If you plan to bring your own boat, there is a marina on the lake for all your boating needs. There is also a dandy country store within minutes of the cottage and if you are looking for more substantial shopping, this cottage is within 20 minutes of Bancroft where there are large food stores, restaurants, quaint shops, service stations, pharmacies and additional health care at the hospital if needed.
