It all starts with a nicely furnished living room with a sofa, a love seat, two chairs and a large screen television with DVD / Satellite and a good stereo for all your viewing and listening pleasure. And if it gets real hot there is an air conditioner - talk about being spoiled. |

The kitchen comes equipped with a fridge, stove, microwave, toaster oven, blender, coffee maker and a chest freezer for all that food you brought from the city. Just off the living room there is a good size dining area with circular harvest table to seat 4 and 2 more in the eat in kitchen. |

The cottage has 3 bedrooms with the master bedroom on the main floor with a queen size bed and 2 bedrooms up stairs with a queen and 2 singles. In addition there is a full four piece bath for your convenience. |

This is very nice property with a gentle incline to the lake front. As you exit the cottage there is a nice size wrap around deck with cushioned lounger and a couple of Haliburton chairs. There are stairs directly off the deck to the nicely groomed property. At the shore there is a fine beach with a gradual entry and sandy bottom for the young ones and a good size dock with a paddleboat and row boat for your on water pleasure. You can watch the kids from the dock or from a dandy cushioned swing at the back of the beach. If you plan to bring your own boat, there is a marina nearby for all your boating needs. Paudash Lake is off Hwy 118 half way between Haliburton and Bancroft so if you yearn for more substantial shopping than at the Cardiff General Store, Haliburton and Bancroft are about a half hour drive from the cottage. This is a late listing so the summer is virtually open for rentals.
