The cottage is superb from front door to back. The living room features cathedral ceilings
with ceiling to floor windows facing beautiful Paudash Lake. The living room includes sofas, chairs, a stone fireplace, entertainment centre including TV / VCR / DVD with satellite dish plus a stereo radio with CD and cassette player. |

The gourmet kitchen comes equipped with stainless steel fridge, stove, microwave
and dishwasher plus a toaster, blender and coffee maker. |

Just off the kitchen there is a dining area with large harvest table with seating for up to 12 if needed. |
The sleeping accommodations are second to none with
5 bedrooms which include a 2 king size, a queen size, 5 twin size beds and a double size sofa bed if needed. In addition there are 3 bathrooms including a superb 4 piece ensuite off the master bedroom which includes a jacuzzi and stone shower. |

The nicely decorated rec room sports a wood burning stove, sofa, chair, arts and crafts table and another television with video games and a video library. |

There is a gentle slope on the lake side leading to the shoreline where you will find a rather extensive dock with a row boat, kayak, canoe and paddleboat for your on water pleasure. There is a small beach area for the young ones and a soft bottom off the beach. In addition there is a shore deck for your lounging pleasure. At the cottage there is a large wrap around deck with plate glass railing enclosure for an unobstructed view of shimmering Paudash Lake. The deck also comes equipped with a superb propane barbeque for the Estate Chef. Paudash Lake has a very pretty irregular shoreline and is serviced by 2 marinas for all your boating needs. This cottage is easily accessible from Hwy 118 and is within 15 minutes of the town of Bancroft if you need supplies or that shopping fix. |
