The kitchen comes equipped with a fridge, stove, microwave, toaster, toaster oven, coffee maker as well as the ever popular dishwasher and washer / dryer for all your laundry needs. Just off the kitchen there is a comfortable dining area with a good size harvest table with seating for 8-10. |

There are 5 bedrooms in the cottage with 2 queen size beds, 2 sets of queen size bunk beds and 2 single beds. I think you will agree that everyone is assured their privacy at this cottage. In addition there are 2 bathrooms for your convenience. |

The Percy Lake Cottage Owners Association are committed to not over crowding the lake they all love. Consequently, the lake is one of the most sparsely populated in the Haliburton Highlands with some of the best water to be found. As you exit the cottage there is a good size deck with a dining shelter, table , chairs and a propane Barbeque for Chef de Percy Lake. Down a few stairs from the deck there is a path leading to the shore where there is a dock and your very own row boat and canoe for your on water pleasure. Percy Lake is approximately 30 minutes from Haliburton Village and slightly less to Eagle Lake Village where there is a food store, gas station, beer store and LCBO. In Haliburton Village there are many shops, restaurants, large food stores, beer store, LCBO, pharmacies, live entertainment and medical assistance at the Haliburton Hospital and clinic. There is bass and trout fishing at the cottage and if golf is your passion there are several good golf course in the Haliburton Highlands. Do not procrastinate.
