Outside
|
Outside is where the fun starts with a property which is as nice as any property we represent. Is this property beautiful or what and the privacy is second to none? This property has an acre and a half to explore with 300 feet of river shoreline and 300 feet of lake shoreline.The property has several garden areas as well as fruit trees and a fire pit for those evening marshmallow roasts. The property is nicely groomed and has several beach areas, as well as a wet lands which encourages wild life habitat. The mentioned beaches are absolutely child safe with very gradual entries and sandy bottoms. And when most people are heading into their cottages, you will be waiting for some of the finest sunsets you can imagine. Down the southern side of the property is where you will find your dock and this is also where the Gull River enters Pine Lake. The Gull River is very important to Haliburton County as it is the primary route for water heading from the county to the Trent Water System. Seeing that this property is the main point of convergence of the Gull River and Pine Lake, tubing on the river is a favorite pastime of local residents and do not forget your fishing gear because there is walleye and splake fishing at this cottage. Need some exercise? Try your hand at the very popular cottage game of horseshoes. The cottage comes equipped with a canoe and paddleboat for your on water pleasure. Now that we have you exhausted after a hard day at the beach and on the water, it's time to eat and there is a dandy barbeque on the deck for the family chef.
