This cottage is on a pretty smaller lake just off County Road 7 which leads to the Kennisis / Redstone Tourist Area. This area has many lakes and Pivot is just one of the 600 lakes in the Haliburton Highlands so there is much to see and do. The cottage property is flat making it most appealing to those with any physical disabilities or wanting to have a nice flat area for those popular lawn games. The deck is well furnished as you can see below and there is a propane barbeque for the family chef. The property has a large fire pit for those evening marshmallow roasts and a delightful sandy beach with a gradual entry for the kids and a swim platform for that perfect tan. The cottage also comes with a canoe and paddleboat for your on water pleasure. If you need supplies, you are only 5 minutes from West Guilford where there is a dandy country store and if you are looking for more substantial shopping, the Village of Haliburton is only another 10 minutes where there are large food stores, restaurants, quaint shops, live entertainment, pharmacies, banking, beer store, LCBO, service stations and health care if needed at the local hospital.
