There are 3 bedrooms in this cottage including a master bedroom with it's own balcony which is the ideal venue for that early
morning
coffee or late evening cocktail as you overlook beautiful Portage Lake. In additional there is a full 4 piece bathroom for your convenience. |

The glassed in, screened in sunroom completes the cottage with a sofa and love seat as well as a bumper pool table which easily converts to a card table for your enjoyment. |

As a cottage rental agency we know this lake well seeing that we have represented cottages on this lake for the past 7 years and we can honestly say that this is one of the best smaller lakes in the highlands because it is just the right size to discourage heavy boating and the fishing is just fine if bass fishing is your game. This particular cottage is well positioned as it faces southwest which is ideal for those beautiful highland sunsets. This cottage is also well positioned for students of the Haliburton School of Arts considering that all campuses are an easy 20 minute drive from the cottage. Haliburton Village is also the major centre for live entertainment, shopping, food stores, restaurants and health care in the Haliburton Highlands . And if golf is your game there are several quality courses in and around Haliburton Village to test your skill.
