It all starts with a very attractive and comfortable living room with over stuffed sofa and chairs,
a beautiful wood burning stone fireplace, a well equipped entertainment centre with TV / DVD / sound system and satellite dish and a panoramic view of the property and Lake beyond. |

The well equipped kitchen comes equipped with a fridge, stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker dishwasher, plenty of cupboards and counter space and there is a very comfortable dining area to seat eight just off the kitchen. |

The spacious master bedroom includes a queen size bed and there is an exit to a large screened in sunroom, the perfect venue for that early morning coffee or late evening cocktail. |

The second and third bedrooms come with a queen size in one and the third has two twin size beds. Bedroom 2 also has an exit onto an extensive deck with comfortable loungers. |

In addition there is a full four piece bath with stand up shower and tub as well as an additional two piece washroom for your convenience. And there is no need to go into town for a laundry as there is a full laundry room for all your laundry needs. |

As stated earlier, there is a large sunroom for your lounging pleasure which as you can see has a commanding view of the property and the shimmering waters of Redstone Lake beyond. |

Outside
|
Outside is special indeed with an absolutely flat property and a large expansive lawn for those popular lawn games. As you exit the cottage there is a large comfortable deck equipped with comfy loungers and a table with umbrella. Just off the deck there is a patio equipped with a gas barbeque for the Chef de Jour of the family. As you make your way to the shoreline you will pass a very inviting hammock for that afternoon snooze. The shoreline is made up of a sea wall
with a well constructed set of stairs to the best water in the Highlands with a very gradual entry and sandy bottom for the young ones in the family. For your on water enjoyment there are two canoes, a paddleboat and a good size dock if you plan to bring your own watercraft. The sea wall is a great place to relax and marvel at the peace and tranquility of Redstone lake. Redstone is part of a three lake chain with Little Redstone Lake and Pelaw Lake so there is plenty of water to explore. |

This cottage is also situated close to the famous Haliburton Forest and Wild Life Reserve where there is always something going on including their exciting Walk In The Clouds and The Wolf Centre.
The Haliburton Forest also has a nice restaurant and convenience store for your shopping pleasure. The nearest village is West Guilford where there is a country store with LCBO and beer store, a service station, a couple of restaurants and shops. If you are looking for more substantial shopping, the Village of Haliburton is a 10 minute drive from West Guilford where you will find many shops, restaurants, pharmacies, health care, hospital, golf courses, movie theatre, live theatre and much, much more.
