This cottage is superb and beautifully furnished throughout. It all starts with the
living room which has a sofa, 3 easy chairs and a wood burning fireplace.


The kitchen is really well equipped with a fridge, stove, microwave, convection oven, toaster, blender,
coffee maker, dishwasher and there is a washer / dryer else where in the cottage.
The dining area is just off the kitchen and has a large
harvest table to seat 8 in comfort.


There is a loft lounge where there
are several chairs, another sofa
and a television with DVD
and satellite reception.


There are 3 bedrooms in the main cottage which can sleep a total of 6 people in 2 queen size beds
and a double size. In addition there is a four piece and a three piece bathroom for your
convenience as well as a washer / dryer for all your laundry needs.

The Bunkie


The bunkie apartment is above the garage and includes 2 queen size beds, a table and several chairs and another 2 piece bathroom for your convenience. There is a TV and DVD player for your enjoyment. This bunkie is certainly attractive and suitable for any member of the family.

Outside

Outside is where the fun begins with two distinct and diverse areas to choose from on the same property. At the cottage there is the Redstone River and within an easy 5 minute walk there is Redstone Lake in all it's glory and opportunities. The cottage river property is of course shallow and very child safe for the kids with a sandy shoreline and sandy bottom. The lake property has a rocky shoreline with a dock and a floating swim raft for that perfect tan. At the cottage there is a child safe furnished deck with a table, 8 chairs and a propane barbeque for Chef Smoky. Off the deck there is a very comfortable fire pit for those evening marshmallow roasts. If you are in need of supplies, the Village of West Guilford is within a 10 minute drive where there is a dandy country store and market. If you are looking for more substantial shopping, the Village of Haliburton is only 10 minutes from West Guilford where you will find quaint shops, large food stores, restaurants, pharmacies, banking, live entertainment and health care at the local hospital.
