The well equipped kitchen includes a new fridge and stove, microwave, toaster oven, blender, toaster, crock pot and there is a washer / dryer elsewhere in the cottage. This is an eat-in kitchen with a very nice side bar with 3 stools for casual dining and conversation with the chef. In addition there is a more formal dining area between the kitchen and living room with seating for four more. |

Although the bunkie is not ready to be used as yet, we wanted to show the owner's intention to have this bunkie ready for next summer's rental season. There will be a double size bed and a twin size in this attractive bunkie. When this bunkie is indeed available for next summer, the cottage price will be changed to reflect this availability. We will keep you posted. |

This cottage is situated on Ross Lake which is a smaller lake about 2 kilometers due west of Haliburton Lake in the Haliburton Highlands. As you exit the cottage, there is a large full width, child safe deck with a propane barbecue for the Executive Chef of the family. The cottage is within 20 minutes of Eagle Lake Village where there is a good country store for supplies and the ever popular Sir Sam's Ski Area. With 12 runs, 4 chair lifts and their own snow making equipment, quality skiing and snowboarding is assured. If you are looking for more substantial shopping, the Village of Haliburton is another 15 minute drive from Eagle Lake where you will find large food stores, restaurants, service stations, hardware, pharmacies, live entertainment and a hospital if health care is needed. If snowmobiling is your passion, this cottage is near the HCSA Trail 10 with connections to Primary Top Trail B and E.
