This cottage is strategically located for easy access from Hwy 35 which is the major north / south corridor through the Haliburton Highlands. The outside begins as you exit the cottage onto a good size deck with propane barbeque. The nearest Village is Norland as well as Coboconk which is an easy 10 minutes away. There are groomed snowmobile trail nearby (B104 Kawartha Lakes which runs north and south from Norland). If you are looking for things to do in the evening, Casino Rama is no more than a half hour drive where you can take in a show or try your hand at the tables. And while in the Casino Rama area, Orillia is close by for shopping and sightseeing. So needless to say, this cottage has a lot going for it and will surely become a favorite of our regular clientele.
