It all starts with a very comfortable living room and television room where your
family can enjoy lounging on very stylish sofas and chairs while watching different programs while the fire crackles in the living room fireplace. |

The kitchen is well designed and comes equipped with a fridge, stove, microwave, toaster, blender, coffee maker and Mom's favorite, the dishwasher. Serving is a snap to the spacious dining area just off the kitchen where there is a comfortable harvest table with seating for eight and there is seating for an additional three counting the stools at the side bar in the kitchen. |

This is a three bedroom cottage with a superb loft / bunkie accommodation as well. The three bedrooms in the main cottage have a queen size bed and 2 doubles for your sleeping enjoyment. In addition there are 2 bathrooms for your convenience in the main cottage as well. |

And to complete the main cottage there is a screened in sun room which is second to none in comfort with just the right combination
of rustic charm and country fun with a day bed, comfortable chairs,
a table and chairs and a stunning view of the shimmering waters of Shadow lake. This might just become your favorite room in the cottage. |
The Loft |

The Loft / Bunkie is supurb and can sleep 4 on a set of bunks with a double bottom and single top as well another
double size bed ensuring that one and all will have their privacy.
In addition there is a card table, extensive book and video library and it comes equipped with another television and another bathroom for your convenience. All in all, we have never seen a loft / bunkie like it. |

Outside

The owners of this point property are obviously very proud of their cottage and the outside reflects this with spacious groomed grounds, a level grassed in area for those popular lawn games including a volleyball / badminton area, an english country garden setting through the trellis,
a child safe gradual entry beach for the youngsters, a swim platform moored off shore and a good size shore deck and dock if Dad decides to bring the family watercraft. As an alternative there is a row boat, canoe, kayak and paddleboat for your on water enjoyment.
The cottage deck and shore deck are the perfect vantage points to watch the lake activities but if you want to get away from it all for a short time, there is a bench out on the point to just sit and think or read that favorite book. Needless to say there is a propane barbeque for the family Executive Chef and a fire pit for those popular evening marshmallow roasts while you watch the sunset |
