The living room is beautifully furnished and yet oh so country. There is a sofa, a love seat, 3 easy chairs, propane fireplace and a high definition television with DVD, satellite reception and surround sound. There is dial - up internet at this cottage but bring your own computer. |

The kitchen is second to none with a stainless steel fridge, dishwasher and propane stove with convection oven as well as numerous appliances to make your stay in this kitchen a delight. Just off the kitchen there is a dining area with a harvest table to seat 8 to 10 in comfort. |

| This cottage has 4 bedrooms which include a king size bed in the master and 3 queen size beds for you sleeping comfort. There is a loft bedroom on the upper level, another bedroom on the main level and 2 bedrooms in the lower level. |

| The lower level of the cottage is dominated by a spacious secondary living room with 2 sofas, a propane fireplace as well as a large screen HD television with surround sound. In addition to the 2 bedrooms on this level, there is also a full service kitchenette with sink, full size fridge, microwave, dishwasher, eating area and more. Also on this level there is a hot tub room for your soothing, muscle relaxing pleasure. |

Outside |
This cottage is at the western end of Soyers Lake in a very quiet neighborhood which is what you would expect from a quality country cottage. As you exit the main level, there is a full width, child safe, furnished deck with table, chairs, umbrella, several loungers and a nice view of the property and Soyers Lake beyond. Just outside the lower level sunroom you will find your outdoor fire pit so popular with the kids and those evening marshmallow roasts. As you make your way to the lakefront, you will walk through much sand which the kids will spend many hours playing with their trucks, pails and shovels. At the shoreline there is a gradual entry, child safe beach with sandy bottom as well as a furnished shore deck for lounging as you watch the kids at play in the water. There is also an extensive dock where you will find your row boat with oars and your canoe for your on water pleasure. There is much water to explore considering that Soyers is part of a 5 lake chain which runs between Haliburton Village and Minden. There are 2 marinas on this lake chain for all your boating needs. If you are in need of supplies, your cottage is strategically located between Haliburton Village and Minden where there are large food stores, restaurants, service stations, pharmacies, banking, live entertainment, quaint shops and so much more. If your passion is golf, the cottage is within 10 minutes of the best in The Highlands at PineStone Resort. |
