Outside

For a small inexpensive cottage, the outside is exceptional with a full wrap around deck with table, chairs, umbrella, some built in seating, a very attractive gazebo with table and chairs as well as a picnic table and a propane barbeque for the family executive chef. The shoreline features a new large size dock and shore deck with more seating, stairs into the water and a ladder off the dock. The shoreline is rocky but the bottom is sandy/soft with a gradual entry. There is a fire pit beside the lake and the property is very private and well treed. The cottage is strategically located between The Village of Haliburton and Gooderham so if you are in need of supplies, you are a 10 minute drive from solving the problem. Gooderham is a very small village with what you will need but if you are looking for more substantial shopping the Village of Haliburton has quaint shops, large food stores, service stations, restaurants, live entertainment, banking, pharmacies and health care is available at the local hospital.
