The Main Cottage |

| The open concept living room, kitchen and dining room is perfectly designed for entertaining with a large sectional sofa, 2 easy chairs, a fireplace (decoration only), a dry bar and a flat screen television with satellite reception. |

| The main cottage kitchen comes equipped with a fridge, stove, microwave, toaster, blender, coffee maker and dishwasher. In addition there is a washer/dryer for all your laundry needs. There is a separate dining area with a good size harvest table with seating for 6 and there are 6 stools at the counter in the kitchen. |

| The master bedroom is on the second level of the main cottage and sports a king size bed and a very attractive en suite bathroom with stand up shower. And if you are into that late evening cocktail, there is a private deck or an intimate lounge area just outside your bedroom door. |

Bedroom 2 is on the ground floor of the main cottage and has a queen size bed and a full 4 piece bathroom right next door. |

| Bedroom 3 on level 2 of the main cottage is great for kids with a set of bunks with a double bottom and single top as well as another single bed with a trundle bed to sleep a total of 5 in this room. |

| And the icing on the cake is an amazing bathroom on the uppermost level of the main cottage. This rather blue bathroom includes a 2 sink vanity, a large stand up shower, a jacuzzi tub which is second to none with a view which will knock your socks off. You shouldn't have your socks on in the Jacuzzi anyway. |

| Wait, there is more !!! In the lower level of the main cottage there is a very well equipped rec room with 3 recliner easy chairs, large 50 inch screen television with VCR, DVD and satellite reception, a propane stove, a card table to seat 6 and a full billiard table for your enjoyment. This place is incredible !!! |

The Boat House

| And just when you thought you had seen it all, up pops a furnished, self-contained boathouse for 6 very special people in your group. We can see Grandma and Grandpa and a couple of grand children in the boathouse or 6 very responsible older children and friends - the possibilities are really endless. |

| From the stone terrazzo floors to a deck with a view you will not believe, this boathouse accommodation is nothing but class. The main floor is actually the middle floor of the boat house which has an open concept living room, kitchen and dining area. |

| As you would expect, the living room is made up of a large sectional sofa facing a propane stove and another flat screen television built into the wall beside the kitchen. |

| The sleeping areas are split between the upper loft area where there is a queen plus a pull out double bed and a lower level bedroom with another queen size for your sleeping comfort. This lower level bedroom has an en suite 4 piece bathroom for your convenience. |

Outside |
| Suffice to say that this is one incredible accommodation and the outside is rather outstanding as well with several furnished decks, an extensive dock and shore deck, a gradual entry, sandy bottom shoreline for the kids and a view which is ever changing due to the location of this accommodation. To explain, if you are sitting on one of the decks which face the water, to your right you will see the main opening to Sturgeon Lake in the distance. In front of your eyes and to the left is a channel which leads to the locks in Fenelon Falls which help make up the Trent Water System and inland waterway which runs from Central Ontario to Florida. There is no doubt that this is a boating community and as such there is always a steady stream of boats going by out in the channel in front of your cottage. This can be rather entertaining if you are into some pretty incredible yachts. Supplies are readily available in Fenelon Falls where there are large food stores, quaint shops, restaurants, service stations and so much more. In addition there are golf courses nearby as well as health care if needed.
