Please Note: If you see a cottage you like, we will be happy to put your name on it
in the form of a tentative booking which are filed on a first come, first served basis.
We allow 2 tentative bookings per customer and these tentative bookings are active for
48 hours and do not appear on the calendar pages as keeping track would be most

Important Notice !!!

Please note we have updated our calendar pages to reflect the summer
availability for 2007. Some of our cottages on the calendar pages
only have a white background for the entire summer. This simply means
that we have not yet received back the contracts for these cottages for Summer 2007.
As the contracts are returned, the status will change on the calendars.
This does not mean that you can't start to plan for next summer's vacation at this time.
If you see a cottage you like, we will be happy to put your name on it in the form of
a tentative booking and when we receive the contract back and if your dates are
indeed available, we can then complete the transaction.

Here at WRD Cottage rental, we work hard to ensure that 
our cottages are clean, well equipped and meet the standards 
our customers have grown to expect from WRD over the years. 
We hope that this web page will help you to find the ideal cottage for 
your vacation and we hope you enjoy a great summer in the 
Haliburton Highlands, Muskoka, and the Kawarthas 
in Central Ontario Canada.

Even though our repeat customers regularly book our cottages sight unseen,
if you see a cottage you like and want to see the cottage before booking, 
contact us to arrange a viewing time.  Our offices are situated in 
Haliburton Village at the foot of Head Lake on Hwy 121.

 Check in time is between 3 and 5 P.M. 
and check out time is by 11 AM SHARP on your date of departure.

To help us serve you as quickly as possible, in your E-Mail please include the name of the cottage you are interested in and the dates you are planning to take your vacation.  If you are not familiar with the area or need assistance in making your choice, e-mail us with the dates of your vacation and the number of bedrooms you will be needing and any special needs you may have. This information will help us to help you find an ideal cottage in the shortest possible time.  We answer all e-mails the day we receive them if during business hours and the next day if you contact us in the evening.
